Jakubowski wrote apology letter to gun shop owner, complaint says

The Wisconsin man suspected of stealing guns and threatening attacks in an anti-government manifesto for the White House wrote an apology letter to the owner of the gun shop that was burglarized, a criminal complaint filed Tuesday said.

Joseph Jakubowski, the subject of a nationwide manhunt, has been on the run for seven days following the burglary at The Armageddon Gun Shop. The FBI on Tuesday increased the reward for information leading to his arrest to $20,000.
