
The leading candidates running for the Democratic Party nomination for United States Senator from Illinois faced off in a Thursday night debate covering a range of topics including the economy, international affairs, the Jeffrey Epstein case and Donald Trump’s presidency.
U.S. Rep. Raja Krishnamoorthi, U.S. Rep. Robin Kelly, and Illinois Lt. Gov. Juliana Stratton aim to replace Sen. Dick Durbin, who announced last April he would not seek a sixth term.
